I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms had a few minor issues, they were perfect in terms of cleanliness and freshness. However, the price was higher due to a misleading balcony 'city view. ' The service stood out as AMAZING, especially with the help of River, Jenny, and Moon who were incredibly polite, helpful, and welcoming. The location was great, on the edge of the old town near the railway street, making it convenient without being too touristy. The dining was basic but sufficient, and the facilities were quite adequate.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were bright, modern, and clean, albeit a bit small, which is typical for city hotels. I appreciated the balcony in my room. The lack of a window was compensated for with efficient air-conditioning.
