ineffective air conditioninginadequate soundproofing

The air conditioning was not very effective. the room temperature remained uncomfortably warm, despite adjusting the settings multiple times. i also found the soundproofing inadequate. Street noise was quite noticeable, especially early in the morning and late at night. this made it difficult to sleep soundly.
